Priscilla O. Agyeman-Peña, MPH
I am a curious, forward-thinking digital strategist, speaker, and creative entrepreneur based in the electric city of New York. With a background rooted in public health and digital communications, I bring a unique, interdisciplinary perspective to the world of strategy, creative marketing, and community engagement.
Today, I co-lead Nomen Klature™, my primary venture and digital business transformation studio where I help CEOs, founders, and mission-driven teams bridge the gap between innovation, communication, and clarity. Through consulting, thought leadership development, and content ecosystem design, I support leaders in building digital systems and narratives that are strategic, human-centered, and built to last.
My work in wellness and culture is deeply informed by my lived experiences as a first-generation American raised in a West African household, combined with my nonlinear mental health journey in my early 20s. These personal chapters are what ultimately ignited the creation of Saddie Baddies® in 2019—from my tiny apartment in Brooklyn. Motivated by a desire to make mental health a palatable, everyday topic in Black and Brown communities, I began piecing together a small but mighty online sanctuary dedicated to making uncomfortable topics like depression, anxiety, and imposter syndrome—teachable, digestible, and accessible.
What began as a simple Instagram account and blog post has since grown into a vibrant, global community of over 25,000 people across various platforms, along with a top-rated podcast, The Soft Life with Saddie Baddies®. Through storytelling, education, and representation, Saddie Baddies® continues to be a home for digital softness, culturally competent wellbeing, and honest discourse about mental health—both online and in real life.
While Saddie Baddies® remains an active and meaningful part of my work, my primary focus today is consulting through Nomen Klature™, where I merge strategy, story, and systems to help leaders bring their ideas to life.
Lately, I’ve been focusing on exploring as cofounder of Nomen Klature™, and helping brands and organizations design digital strategies that feel authentic, inclusive, and impactful. I provide content strategy, creative direction, and cultural insights to strengthen online presence and connect with diverse audiences in meaningful ways.
Alongside this work, I continue to nurture the Saddie Baddies® community I’ve built and create thought-provoking digital and in-person experiences rooted in wellness, education, and collective care.
My mission is to bridge digital innovation with simple, effective strategies—using technology, digital strategy and organic creativity as connective tissue for the shapeshifters of tomorrow.
